I think its interesting, given the growth of shiba popularity in recent years, to see how many people will always feel they will have a shiba in their life..
... and why? or why not?
... do you rather adults? starting from pups?
I love shiba inus, truly I do. They are a great dog, a great size, always keep me guessing and on my toes. They are more biddable than those without shibas seem to realize, and are so versatile in what they can accomplish.
And yet.. for us (my husband and I), having lived with 6 individual shibas, love Tsuki and Kitsune as dogs and unique representations of their breed - but are probably going to work on experiencing other breeds/mixes from now on. I can't explain exactly why, but thats what our conversations have led to in the past couple months.
