So in the next month or so we will have a new addition to our house.
He will be an Alaskan klee kai (a miniature husky so it will look like a puppy forever)
and since he will be much more of a baby than Ginger is (who is 4 months now), I was wondering how to introduce them without her just trampling him in an attempt to play?
She is pretty socialized so when she sees other dogs she is happy, but I don't think she knows the difference between a baby and an adult. Her instant reaction is to sniff for two seconds or so, and then pounce to play.
Im sure there is no magical thing I can do, but some thoughts would be nice.
(and a belated Fathers day to all the Fathers to Sassy shiba babys! )
