So, this is my first puppy-to-adult transition for any dog, and I am really curious---what kind of changes might I expect and about when? I have read some things online and talked to a few owners in my neighborhood, and the consensus seems to be that Shiba Inu are really hyper as pups (that's Coal!) and tend to mellow out at around 2 years of age.
So what kind of changes did you seen in your Shiba when he or she shifted into social maturity (IE became an adult). Did their behavior change suddenly, gradually, or not at all? Personality quirks? Etc
