Hey everyone! I realize there are a lot of shedding threads already but I'm concerned. Kinji literally just turned 4 months old yesterday (3/28/15). I've noticed he has begun to shed like crazy - lots of white furballs all over the rugs, come out when pet, etc. We bathed him tonight and groomed him, clipped his nails, etc. He has been biting at himself like he's a bit itchy at times but not often, just once in a while. Recently switched from Blue Buffalo Wilderness red meat puppy to Taste of the Wild High Prairie puppy about 3 days ago when the shedding really kicked off. I am much more comfortable with TOTW with all the BB lawsuits going on, plus, it's cheaper with better ingredients IMO.
Anyway... Noticed this shedding about a week or so ago. Is this too early? At what age do they typically begin to shed? I live in PA and we had freezing temps since we brought him home, although recently the temps have been getting up into the 40s on and off during the day, melting a lot of the snow. Just want to know if he is too young to shed already.
